The Restoration
What is “The Restoration” and what is it all about? The Restoration is not the name of the building or of the people who come to worship. “The Restoration” is a worldwide movement. A moment that is re-establishing the original teachings of Christ and the Apostles. In 2022, our fearless leader, Dr. Yehokhanna Aman departed this world. He spent many years focusing on three key principles that are essential to the world’s salvation. Today, we are continuing the work of Dr. Aman, expanding on sound biblical principles which must be restored if we are to please God and inherit eternal life. Dr Aman never established any new teachings nor is he the founder of this movement. He was divinely inspired through the holy spirit to turn the people of God back to the original teachings of Christ and the Apostles. One of the biggest ways that Satan will be successful in deceiving the world is using religions and its denominations.
Christ warned us, through an encounter that he had with the Scribes and Pharisees saying “This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. Matthew 15:8-9
We all have heard about the “Great Commission”. This was Christ’s instructions to his disciples before he departed from them and ascended into heaven, taking his place on the right hand of the father.
He told them to “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you. Matthew 28:19-20
All the disciples, whether they went near or far, taught the exact same thing. Christ did not teach them to start other denominations; there was not any debate on which day was the Sabbath day or whether there was a restriction on what foods they were allowed to eat. They did not debate holidays the way they are celebrated today, because they celebrated The Father’s holy days. Since they were commissioned to go into all nations and teach the good news that Christ taught to them, this is what we must adhere to now in the 21st century. Of course, it’s difficult for many to accept the idea that we must all speak the same thing, but Apostle Paul said to the Church in Corinth, “I beg all of you to agree with each other. You should not be divided into different groups. Be completely joined together again with the same kind of thinking and the same purpose.
It is imperative that we find the true gospel. That we come into the knowledge of the true faith which leads to eternal life The word of God said that God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in Spirit and in truth.
